Prepare to be pleasantly surprised: A 600-pound reality star married in a provocative bridal gown.

Tammy Slayton wanted to wear an open dress despite her weight.

Tammy and Emmy Slayton are the stars of the popular American reality program “1,000 Pound Sisters,” which follows two sisters who are morbidly obese.

They are currently 34 and 35 years old. They agreed to broadcast their everyday lives to millions of people till a few years ago in the hopes of reducing weight and starting to live life to the fullest.

The sisters battled their addictions and themselves for three seasons. Amy was the most successful of the siblings; she is losing weight and planning to get surgery.

Amy weighed roughly 185 kg at the time of shooting (and has now lost over 50 kg), whereas Tammy weighed around 275 kg. She has gained weight in comparison to her sister and is now close to 300 pounds. Tammy’s health gradually deteriorated, and she was admitted to a medical rehabilitation center in Ohio that specialized in treating fat patients.

She is still being treated at the clinic for her obesity-related weight loss and respiratory concerns. Tammy lives her life with a strong sense of purpose. She often posts humorous videos on social media, keeps her admirers updated on her health, and reassures them that everything is well.

Caleb Willingham, Tammy’s fiance, greeted her in the treatment center. That interaction sparked her first romance that wasn’t based on internet dating. They’d planned a wedding at the hospital where they met, and he’d proposed to her there as well.

“They can communicate about many of the issues that they have in common.” They are now very helpful to one other. It’s fantastic, according to the couple’s friends.

Only the bride’s closest friends and family members attended the wedding. Amy, the bride’s sister, had previously married and had a child as a result of her weight loss.
